Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service you deserve. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and provide the best possible experience for all our clients.

Your appointments are very important to our team at ORO. The time reserved for your appointment is set aside just for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your service, we offer a complimentary redo within 14 days of your original appointment, following these guidelines:

Eligibility:

• Redos must be requested within 14 days of your original service.

• The redo is for the same service only (e.g., cut, color).

Conditions:

• The redo covers adjustments to the original service, not changes in style.

• The policy is void if the hair has been altered by another salon or stylist.

Scheduling:

• Redo appointments must be with the original stylist.
